Delivery time and cost
Dispatch times
Your order will be placed and dispatched the next day if it is made by 4pm. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email to confirm that it has been dispatched. If your one of your items is not in stock we will wait for them all to be available before shipping together.
24/48 hours (UK only)
Our special Urgent Express delivery, guaranteed to reach your home by 1pm on the next day* (excluding weekends and bank holidays) is £9.99.
If you order in-stock items by 2pm you can opt to have next day delivery during your checkout, which shall guarantee its arrival by the next day.
Please note that most of our items will already be in-stock unless we tell you otherwise.
Standard UK Delivery Timescales
There are a few different timescales for delivery and these are listed below:
- UK Next-day delivery - Your delivery will be made within 24 hours from dispatch (orders must be made by 2pm)
- UK Royal-mail First Class - Your order should arrive within the next 1-3 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends
Shipping costs
Secret Gardening itself on high quality customer service and satisfaction, all of our products are shipped within 24 hours and are done so using Royal Mail first class delivery or alternatively Next-Day Delivery.
Our shipping charges as follows :
- UK first class delivery - £3.99
- UK next day delivery - £9.99 (next day until 1pm)
- Europe delivery - £10.00
- USA Delivery - £20.00
Delivery outside the UK
Worldwide shipping
The timescales for delivery are indicated below. Secret Gardening will try its best to deliver and dispatch the product as soon as possible, if we cannot deliver for any reason, your money shall be reimbursed within 10 days.
- Europe - international delivery - Your order should arrive in 3-5 days from dispatch
- Rest of World - Royal mail delivery - Your order should arrive in 7-14 days from dispatch
Where is my order?
If you have received a dispatch email your order should take 3-5 days to reach you in the UK, 5-8 in Europe and 8-10 days internationally. The majority of our orders are received before this time frame, however, on occasion, it may take longer to reach you during busy delivery or promotional periods, e.g. Valentine's or Christmas.
If your order has not reached you within these time periods please telephone or email our team who can track the item for you. If you have yet to receive a dispatch email but placed your order over 3 days ago please contact our customer service team as there may be a problem which is holding up your order.
